    Market OverviewDespite continuing uncertainty in Global Financial Markets, the Ray White property market has continued to demonstrate that is can still flourish even in the most challenging times.

    So far this financial year our sales have been incredibly strong and up around 50% on the same period last year. We are very short of listings and so demand continues to outstrip supply.

    The current market is definitely the strongest vendor’s market we have seen in many years – particularly in the under $2,000,000 price range.

    A note of caution however – nobody quite knows where the global situation is heading so it is definitely  our recommendation that anyone considering selling should do so as soon as possible to take advantage of the extraordinary opportunity that presently exists.
