Cranebrook

Cranebrook is slightly younger than the Southern parts of Penrith and certain parts of the Cranebrook estate overlook the Penrith Lakes Scheme and Olympic Regatta Centre.

Cranebrook also has the advantage of a mixture of residential allotments coupled with residential small 1/2 to 1 acre allotments plus 5 to 10 acre allotments.

There are several government Primary & High schools of various denominations.

Cranebrook is approximately a 10 to 12 minute drive to the Penrith CBD.
