We bought this house 9.5 years ago from Michael Coco and we were so impressed with the professional manner in which he treated us as buyers, but we also noticed that he was also very fair to the seller at the time. When it came time for us to sell, Michael was again extremely fair and professional and honest. We sold our house for the highest price that we wanted, but we did not even think we would get, within hours after our first open home. We could not be happier.

He was very responsive to any enquiry, and always kept us in the loop. We were ne er once left wondering about any matter big or small. He also gave me the space to speak, offer my ideas about price, and arranged a sales environment where I felt empowered in negotiating the sale. I did not feel pushed, although the sale moved speedily. I also got a sense that he is very proactive, following up potential buyers. Finally. it sounds corny, but I think he genuinely cared that I felt happy and take care of throughout our entire sales journey (which, to be honest, was not a quality I had expected when sourcing a sales agent).
