When it came time for us to sell, Michael was again extremely fair and professional and honest. He was very responsive to any enquiry, and always kept us in the loop. We were ne er once left wondering about any matter big or small. He also gave me the space to speak, offer my ideas about price, and arranged a sales environment where I felt empowered in negotiating the sale. I did not feel pushed, although the sale moved speedily. I also got a sense that he is very proactive, following up potential buyers. Finally. it sounds corny, but I think he genuinely cared that I felt happy and take care of throughout our entire sales journey (which, to be honest, was not a quality I had expected when sourcing a sales agent).
