Werrington Downs / County

The Downs and County are only a kilometer east of the Cranebrook Estate and also have many of the advantages of the Cranebrook Estate.

The block sizes are much larger than the Glenmore Park estates and the road widths are much more car friendly, especially for off street parking.

The estates share the Werrington/Dunheved Shopping Centre and also have access to local primary and high schools.

A significant feature of the Downs & County estate is that it borders the large native reserve known as the ADI site.

A small part of the ADI site will be used for residential purposes, but the buffer zone will remain between the estate & the new Jordan Springs estate.
